About me and my counselling practice in Aldershot & Farnham

I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor, and have worked in the Aldershot and Farnham area for the past 12 years.

I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
Sometimes it's hard to talk to friends or family about difficult issues, or perhaps you feel don't want to upset or burden them. This is where counselling can often help.
I strongly believe the work is based in the relationship with the client and I have developed an approach and attitude which helps clients to feel safe, heard and valued.

I specalise in bereavement and loss and have much experience working in palliative care and the many issues that presents.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My counselling practice in Farnham is on the borders of Hampshire and Surrey and I am easily accessible from Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot, Lightwater, Sandhurst, Basingstoke, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, Liphook and Bordon. I offer a comfortable and private room for us to meet in.
We can arrange an initial free 30 minute session to establish what you are looking for from counselling and to confirm that we're happy to work together.

I also offer Skype sessions which can offer flexibility and overcome the issues of distance and time zone.
